The Summerland Museum and Archives Society presents...
Apple of My Eye: A Pop Up Museum
Join us on Saturday, July 24th for a community-driven, outdoor museum exhibit!
We are partnering with Millionaire's Row Cider Co. to reimagine the museum space by encouraging the public to be curators. Millionaire's Row Cider Co. engages with Summerland's history everyday in a site specific yet modern way. We hope you can join us in celebrating local and personal histories while enjoying some delicious local cider.
We invite any and all to participate by bringing an item under the theme "Apple of My Eye." This can be something related to apples and orchards, or something you deeply cherish—get creative!
Anyone (19+) who brings an item will get a free tasting from Millionaire's Row Cider Co. Please drink responsibly.
This event is structured to be temporary so you can bring an item for just a short while or leave it for the entire event. Any items not picked up at the end will be taken back to the Summerland Museum for pick-up.
We look forward to seeing and learning about your artifacts!
